BF2042 CPU Running At 100% Constantly For No Reason

I've seen multiple people saying already this is a Intel CPU problem but I have a AMD Ryzen 5 5600x and my CPU also runs at nearly 100% while my RTX3070 is at about 15-20%, got 32gb of ram 3600Mhz, all my settings are on LOW, 1440p, all the extra stuff like vignette is OFF and DLSS on Quality and I never reach 100fps, an average of 80-90.. So definitely not just a Intel problem but just a problem with how the game was made in my opinion, horrible to play, nearly unplayable with the fps drops and stutters.

Same problem with the exact same setup (Ryzen 5600X, RTX3070, 32GB RAM). Poorly "optimized", even worse in compairson to CP2077 (and everyone knows how CDPR f**** this up)

Same issue.

CPU: i7 9700K (100% usage)

GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER (10-20% usage)
32gb ram ddr4 3600mhz

CPU FPS: 25-40
GPU0 FPS: 120+

I tried every posible known fix from other games, even format the entire pc to w11 and just istall drivers+ btf2042

Same with i7 9700k & rx6900xt

Cpu load 100% at 75°C

Gpu load  65% at 85°C

i guess its an issue with the i7 9700k

Are the developers Aware of this issue? Haven't seen anything official. 

Hopefully they patch it on the 19th..

Having the same problem, but my GPU is at 0-2% while my CPU is at 50-60% usage. I get 30-60 Fps, usually sitting around 40-45. I have an R7 4800h and an RTX 2060 mobile. My settings are also at mostly medium. Hopefully this gets fixed at the full release, but I feel bad for people who spent 80 dollars for an unoptimized game.

Same issue here with CPU usage at 98-100% constantly. It’s been running my CPU temp up into the mid to high 80’s (Celsius) while my GPU isn’t being touched. 
I-7 9700.

 Me and some of my tech support friends stayed up for hours last night troubleshooting the issue as one of my other friends is also having the same issue. His build is an I-7 9700k and a 2080ti, again 100% cpu usage and less than 15% on the GPU. 
we have tried power management, capping FPS, every possible setting in game and in NVIDIA to force the GPU to take some of the load. 
Only thing we found is we are both playing on the Origin client and our other friends not having the issue are on steam. We both have EA play pro so we had to go through origins for the download.
