Hi.
As the title says, whenever I click play nothing happens.
I first had the BF1 trial, which worked fine, then I got the full game, and I could never run it.
I would have to launch the trial exe and that would work, but after a while that would not work either.
The game process starts but quickly just vanishes from the task manager without any errors or messages.
I tried googling, I tried all of the tips and advice I found, nothing helped.
I reinstalled the game, did not help.
I have a feeling it might be an issue with the game DRM being in a conflict with the expired trial.
I am out of ideas of what to try.

Hey @TotoZel,
When you launch Battlefield 1, does it just crash back to desktop, and open up Origin again?
If so, here are some steps you can try that might solve the issue for you:
1. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
2. Clear Origin Cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Clean Boot:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
4. Run Origin as Administrator
5. Run the BF1 exe file in your Program Files as Administrator
Give these a try, and let us know if you still need assistance.
Thank you

When I run the game, I see nothing, the origin play button goes gray for 10 seconds and goes back to normal again.
What happens is that the process starts, but goes nowhere and it just closes itself from what I can see in the task manager.
On the other hand BF4 works fine, but when in the BF4 menu I click to join a BF1 server the same thing occurs, BF4 exits, BF1 never starts going.
Shall try steps 1-3, I already tried steps 4 and 5.

Have you tried to run a MSinfo report and checking the Windows Reporting section to see if BF1 is crashing, and see what the faulting module name that is causing the crash?

try installing the latest audio and video-drivers, and see if it helps.

Hey, @TotoZel Did you manage to solve the issue?
If not did you follow on what has been suggested by @XTRA-Larsiano @KC_Tipin?

Since the beta of bf 5 came out I went to try it out, and the same problem as bf 1 happened, and I got really upset at that point. So I reinstalled origin and it resolved it. I didn't want to reinstall origin before because I was afraid it wont figure out all of my games forcing me to redownload the entire library.
