BF1 Online Doesn't work

Hey,

So, I can't get the multiplayer session to work - keeps saying "you're disconnected"...

Not only did i get the deluxe pack AND access to your vault, now I can't even use what I paid for.

I'm seriously frustrated, and the article I was referred to did not help at all.

Please advise me on what should be done.
