I got into contact with EA, they have forwarded my request to a "specialist" hopefully it will be resolved for me soon, I will let you know how it ends.

EDIT: This looks like it has finally been resolved, at least for me. Finally. I can start going after medals!

The new patch did not resolve the issue fully. I got a new week of medals after the patch went live, but then they all changed again and I lost all my progress for the week. So frustrating. I hope the same medal s come around again so I can get them all.

Sigh. Same here. Worked for most of the week, then lost progress on fourth medal I started working on. Then 3 of the medals changed, and two didn't.

This is absurd. How hard can it be to fix this? The devs obviously got plenty of time to play their fans for a marketing weekend, but not to fix the most basic of bugs.

Your not on your own bud. It's happened to me 3 times now, and each time last a week! That's 3 weeks I feel like I got kicked in the gut. Pity

I had an issue where my Medal just reset mid-game. EA has given me a battlepack as a way to refund me, however they cannot give me my progress back. It isn't a huge deal, just very annoying. I hope it doesn't happen again.

Why they changed the medal system like this?

They don't even want to award the medal for the proper jobs!

The official in the game seems real.
