After last patch update I try to play and lunch the game and I saw this message ``Your account has been banned from accessing any online features. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact customer support. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.`` I never use any cheats. Could you please explained how you can ban any users without any reasons? Could you please provide a proof why I get banned? I would like to see any screenshots as well and proper explanation of this? I open the case yesterday, but it has been deleted? Why? This is the propel customer service that you provide? And now I can`t play because of yours mistake for how many days already? This is really a joke...
