Audio disappears then game freezes

For the past week when I try to play apex the audio goes in and out , and if the audio fully disappears the game freezes right after. Not crash, just freezes 

please fix this

Which platform do you play on? Have you had a chance to try any sort of troubleshooting at all since this started happening?

I figured it out. I had to delete and reinstall the game. Arghhh
