@Aquara1300 In bios can you change your m.2 setting, if so dont use 16x.in this system, should use 2x or 4x. 16x is used for the video and if both are using 16x you will have stutters or audio lag. It is worth a try.
I use 2 m.2 drives and I cannot use 16x. You may even need to m.2 to sata.
