Audio Permanently Cut Out

My audio for the game completely cut out a little over 4 months ago. It caused me to stop playing. I wanted to get back into the game so I started it up again after reinstalling and the audio still doesn't work at all. I can't hear the developer intros, the sounds in-game, or the sounds in the main menu. I have tried resetting all my settings, reinstalling the game, and uninstalling and reinstalling my realtek audio driver. Nothing has seemed to work.

Hmm @rhieeysce  lets go down troubleshooting to see if there anything not letting it work as it should. 

Try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with SWBF2.

Realtek Audio with Hyperx headphones.

If you go to control panel, Audio settings and then manage audio devices - is the right audio marked as default settings? @rhieeysce
