Attempt to save customization failed

Just spent 2hrs building money and went to upgrade my car but it’s taken the money but hasn’t saved the parts and won’t let me access them, bit disappointed hope this gets sorted

I've just encountered this issue again. The solution would be to quit to the lobby and get back in the game afterwards.
