Assault stuck at level 65

Seems that my assault trooper is stuck at level 65, i played him 3 rounds and each round he earned 0 XP.  Is he broke?

70 is Max. Whatever the issue was. It apparently self corrected itself. He has started leveling again. Thank you

That do seem a bit weird, I think the Cap is at 70 for classes.
It is the "Normal" Assault trooper right?
