Armory problem

Hello,

I bought a promotion package in which costume and guns were included. Costume has transfered into my profile however guns do not transfer. Since its said that they are in my  inventory but not in the list. I newd your kind support on this

@leanwinnerif I remember correctly, there are only skins in the promotion packages. Since you already have characters available you can use the new skins with them. For the weapon skins you need to have the weapons unlocked first.
Once you have the weapons unlocked, you can customize their looks.

Just checked my account, and the weapon skins in both starter packages apply to the already unlocked starter weapons.
