Arena Reset request

Dear Player Support,

I have the following issue - it seems that I played the game about 1 year ago and reached level 9 - back then this is when you got seeded into arena. Now I returned to the game - as a result my account is stuck in an "arena shard" where most are inactive and the big ones are like 1 year ahead - lvl 85, max gear, zetas and whatnot - I'm still at level 45 and there is no way for me that I ever progress in that arena. Can you please reseed me into a newer arena with players that started around the same time I restarted? Level 9 takes like 2 hours so I doubt this is a huge advantage - people that started like 1 week ago would be fine. Please, don't make me give up on that account
