Tips to get straight into the action

Below you'll find everything you need to check or prepare to make sure you can jump into the game as soon as possible on launch day.

1. Set up your Security Question and Answer

• The second time you log in to FUT, the game will prompt you to set it up. If you've already set one up, you're ready to go.

2. Turn on Login Verification

• It's an extra security step that we require to help keep your account safe.

3. Reset your password if you can't remember it.
4. Review the rules so you play fair, fun and secure.
5. If you forgot which email you used or don't have access to the email on your account (or you made two accounts without realizing it), you can switch emails from one EA Account to another.

• To see which email address is being used for your EA account you can log into FIFA 17 on your console and go to customize --> Online Settings --> EA Account. Clicking into here will show you the email address.

This is also the email address you'll need for Early web and Companion App start if you're eligible.

PlayStation and Xbox players: Check that you linked your EA Account to your PlayStation™Network Online ID or Xbox LIVE Gamertag.
