Arcade progression lost, milestones still intact

Hello,

I've lost all "star" progression in Arcade mode.  I noticed tonight when attempting to do the daily challenge "We Must Face Them" (5/7/2018).  I still have milestones and progression for troopers and heroes but my Light and Dark sides have been reset to 1/24.  I contacted support directly but resyncing my data and removing/re-adding my gamertag to the console did not correct this.  All other data, progress, credits, skins, etc. are fine.  It's just the arcade mode that got wiped.  Any help with this would be appreciated.

Progress from the Arcade mode is stored locally on your device (same for singleplayer), so I'm afraid it's not something that we can restore. You mentioned that your milestones or progression for troopers stayed intact - that data is actually stored on our servers, so overall it seems that your local saves might have been compromised. If you store your game data in the cloud, it might be a good idea to try to recover it from there.

I think I've seen a similar report recently, so I will try to poke our specialists about it, but again - we still won't be able to recover your Arcade progression
