Approximately how long does it take for the SWTOR customer service email to respond, as I didn't get any reply from a bot, I am starting to worry that the message didn't go through, as customer service emails usually send out bot verification messages to confirm that they received the message.

2 - 3 days is the usual time , however there is a backlog at present and it may take a few more days to get too.

This can take up to a week until you get an answer. When did you send the email?

Today, but with such a company this big, I don't believe that it would take that long to respond, 2-3 days is the most likely time.
