Application has encountered unspecified error

So having an issue with SWTOR after the patch.

I cannot log into the game anymore, I get the error "This Application has encountered unspecified error.  Please try this patch again."  

I installed the game last week after a few months away so it had a fresh install and as working fine.

I also noticed that since last installing whenever I wanted to play it always asked for a one time password.  Every single time I logged in.  

I checked the server status and it said all the servers were up but I cannot log in now.

For the OTPs: You can setup a security key on your account. Then you don't get one time passwords anymore.
