I’ve been playing this game since season 4 and I’ve put money into this game to get to a 107 overall team and then I updated my game to season 5, I launch the game and pick existing account, I tried to Sign In with Apple didn’t work, I tried to sign in with Game Center didn’t work, so either help me resolve this situation and get my account back or I want a full refund

I was playing all of season 4, got my team to 107 overall then I updated the app to season, I launch the app and chose the existing account picked apple it didn’t work then I picked Game Center didn’t work now the only option is new account

The NBA LIVE Mobile team is aware of these login issues for Apple users and are working to get it fixed as quickly as possible. This was the latest update from the team on the NBA LIVE Mobile Twitter:
We've found some significant issues with some of the migration around Apple ID accounts. We will be working through it this evening. In the meantime, anybody that CANNOT login with Apple ID should refrain from making a new account.
