App restarted in TB battle

I was in the final wave of Light Side battle, when the game closed and restarted. It only has me credit for 5/6 despite the fact that I hadn't lost my protection, much less health. I was using gl12 CLS, gl12 R2 and 2 gl10 toons and my OB though only gl9 has 35k protection. My guild lost out because of the game malfunction. I myself and several others in my guild regularly pay good money to enhance our gaming experience. I wrote the Devs through the in-game help, immediately received an email saying I would be contacted the next day, which I wasn't. The day after THAT, I finally got a generic letter saying I'd be contacted again. Surprise, that still hasn't happened.
