App Freezes Randomly Since Last Update

My game randomly freezes, usually during events (i.e., fit at home) or when using the toilet or shower. Game resumes after force stopping.

Me too! I’m on an iPhone 7 and have a ton of storage and have even tried closing all windows except Sims. It’s making my quests take forever

I’m also having this issue. Nothing else running and tons of storage.

Me too.
Just now with every hit the game freezes.
Open app
Click on a balloon
Game freeze
Close app completely
Open app
Click and freeze

This New event is not doable 😖😖😖

Have you tried the basic troubleshooting?

Thank you for your reply. I tried all the usual troubleshooting steps before posting. I am also noticing a huge amount of lag and freezing at parties.  All of the lag and freezing just started happening after the large update (Feb 21ish?).

There is an increase in issues related to the app freezing.
The app lagging might get fixed with clearing the cache before playing and maybe even downsizing your house if it's really big.
Also, make sure you have enough room on your device.

I've also tried it all.
Reinstalled, cleared cache, my house isn't that big and I just redone my sims house and downsized the stuff.
And I have a 64gb Phone with an extra 32gb card for my pics only. Don't think that should be the problem 🤣

I only have this problem when I play with 1 particular sim. It is the male version. I don't have it with the Girls... This is True!

He is not buff anymore and he is cracking up my game😱 And Come to think of it...... Has he stolen my missing styling thingies?
He does have the pick pocket charm 🤣
