There are some other steps we can try that might help with this. A good place to start would be with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well.

@d4rkpoll0gank MS is miliseconds and shows how long it takes to respond from client to server
(Basicly same as ping).

However follow steps given by kent and let us know how it goes.
