There are some other steps we can try that might help with this. A good place to start would be with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well.

@EA_KentIt autofixed can it be related to xbox live's reputation? It seemed like i was put in a low priority queue
