Apex wont finish downloading

When Im downloading apex itll get all the way up to 99 percent then just go back down to 40% (playable marker). Iv tried everything as in running as administrator, reinstalling origin,  changed fille save location all that, and cant do any of the fixes on youtube that require going into game files of apex cause it never finishes downloading, any ideas?

Hi @cBAS3tv. 

If you haven't already could you try clearing out your Origin cache to see if that helps? I've seen cases where clearing it can fix issues like this.
