Apex won’t verify my email

Randomly out of no where apex legends asked to verify my email again, so I complied and had it send the code but no code appeared in my email so I changed emails and same thing I even made a new email and changed to that one and still no luck and now I’m so frustrated

I keep trying to join apex but it says certify your account and enter your code and I press resend code but I'm not getting it in my gmail please help
