Apex won't start after installing.

The game for some reason won't show up in my library on origin when I try to start up with the desktop application I am getting the error 

"The video device failed to initialize because it doesn't support the required features. The game requires a DirectX 11.0 feature level card."

 
my computer specs are:

i7 2640m at 2.8 GHZ

16 G ram

DirectX 12

windows 10 

everything is up to date.
