I’m honestly not sure if this is on Xbox’s side strictly or if somethings going on with Apex itself. For the last week and a half, when I go to play Apex,I will click on the icon, the Xbox will say this while it might take a minute or two, then it throws up a screen telling me to uninstall and reinstall the game. I’ve already hard restart of the Xbox, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing has helped.

Well I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game again overnight last night as well as hard resetting for a second time, and it finally started working again. I also just got a text from Xbox saying that their games and gaming status servers were up and running again that may have had a hand in it.

Do you have Apex Legends installed on an external storage drive, or is it saved to the drive that's built into your Xbox?

It was originally on the Xbox’s storage drive, before getting moved to an external one that has been working fine up until this point. We have not gotten any new big games within the last few weeks, and as far as I know if there’s been no major shifts in that storage so there should still be plenty of space left.

Would it be possible to try moving it back to the internal drive to test and see if you're able to launch it from there?

I have another issue, when im starting up the game and it shows me the intro clip on Apex and then it just shuts down the game and its been like this since the new update yesterday and i have re-installed and everything and it still doesn’t work..
would be nice with some tips or help on how to fix this issue.
