Hello, I've been trying to launch Apex on my Xbox 1 but nothing I've tried has seemed to work. I've contacted Xbox support 3 times on the issue, but the last one lead me to believe it was the game itself that wasn't working, not the Xbox. Whenever I try to launch the game, it quits before it opens and displays the message 'something went wrong' followed by error code 0x87e50033. I'll explain what I've done so far and it should be said that there are no updates for either Apex or the Xbox.
- I've reset the Xbox several times (both going through a power cycle, and resetting it from the console itself)
- I've reinstalled the game 3 times
- I've cleared caches in several ways
- I've factory reset my Xbox (so I doubt there's any corrupted data or something like that)
I should also say that it is only Apex that's not working; Overwatch and Fortnite work fine.
Hoping someone can give me a solution to this issue, but I'd be grateful for any help in general.
