Apex weapons are broken

Just played a game and picked up an R301 and a Prowler SMG and they both dissapeared and I wasnt able to use my abilities either what in the world happened? I also couldnt pick up ammo either

Can't say that I have seen or heard of that issue before @zacharylemay.

Can I ask was it just for one game or have you seen the issue repeat?

Could it be the case that someone else picked the weapons up a fraction of a second before you or did you see them in your inventory? It has happened me in the past where I've held down the button to pick up a gun only for someone else to steal it just before I got it.
