Apex update on origin not working

Can someone please help me, the new apex update in origin is bugged for me

So I was updating apex yesterday and in the middle of it I ran out of space on my computer so I removed some stuff and resumed it, origin then became extremely laggy, I was so bad the screen froze, eventually I found out I could sign out and back in and it fixed it, that night before the update was done I turned off my computer and this morning I had lost all my progress on the update and it was laggy once again, someone please help me, the update freezes at 1008.39mb out of 30.89gb, it just says preparing on the bottom left

Ohw, that doesn't sound like how origin should work.
Clearing the Origin cache should maybe do the trick, if that didn't work reinstalling origin might be also a good idea.

I recommend setting Origin and Apex on the same driver with enough space to avoid any data corruption or situations like this happening in the future.

Let me know if this changes anything.
