Apex timing out people on xbox

I have a friend on xbox who loads the game up and within 5 min it tells him hes disconnected but mine works just fine anyone have any ideas on what it could be. Every other game he has works just fine apex is the only one giving a problem

@SpyrosKap_GT i just play minecraft instead. it has less micro transactieons and it is fun
