Apex stuck on everything

APEX LEGENDS STUCK WHEN DOING EVERYTHING

After genesis update the game become a bugs hell.

1. Stuck about 10 min on the black loading screen.

2. After Changing the game mode (ex: from battle royale to arena) the game restart

3. Stuck in matchmaking for a lot of time and sometimes doesn't even let me in while my teammates can enter.

Please find a way to fix those bugs because I can't take it anymore

We have a couple possible work arounds for the black screen issue. One applies if you're using an Nvidia graphics card. Update the drivers using the express method. Then, launch the game through the GeForce Experience. Another possible resolution is described in this post. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
