Hi,
When I access to the lobby screen, my legend is frozen and I can only access to Play and Club menus. Legends and shop are greyed out. After 30 seconds I have the error "The connection with the server expired..."
There's another account on the same console, and that works perfect. It seems a problem with my user.
Things I´ve tried that I´ve read in this forum:
- Reinstall the game
- Delete local files
- Delete my account
- Unplug the power for 1 minute
- Reset the console with power button pressed at least 10 seconds
- Clear alternate Mac address.
I don´t know what else I can do.
Help please.

I´m afraid not.That thread is about PC. I play on a xbox series x.
