Apex shows incorrect / low level on stats

The stats tracker on Apex no longer shows my correct level. It was 400+ until recently, when it reset back down to under 10. Not sure if the bug is visual or not. I've attached a screenshot showing the low level, despite having 4000+ games.

Hey there,

That's part of the new level tiers, there are a total of 2000 levels, split into four tiers. After reaching level 500, your level will be reset back to level 1 as you have reached the next tier.
