Apex runs good on max setting in firing range but really low frames online

I tried unchecking origin in game, using windowed borderless, using lowest settings, repairing game, updating drivers, restarting pc, nothing seems to work. i know its not internet because all my other games run fine, and i know my pc can handle it because i can run max settings in firing range and low setting doesn't fix the problem. About a year ago the game ran perfectly fine online for about a week but then started acting like this so i gave up on it, but i wanna fix the problem and get back into playing it and i cant find a working solution. is there something I'm missing or..

@Bedsbee it's normal that the online game is much more demanding.. i see on my pc only 2 cores active while in training mode and in multiplayer game it goes to 6 active cores..

there is a post about a guy saying nvidia driver 451.67 helps with the stutters
