Apex resolution problem

Ive been having some problems since today with my ingame resolution where it either doesnt let me start up the game if i try to start the game with a resolution thats not 1920x1080 and gives me an error message , or when i start it up 1920x1080 it wont allow me to change the resolution , its basicly stuck at 1920x1080 16:9 and i can only swap between fullscreen / windowed / windowed without bars 
my windows is up to date  
my drivers are up to date 
I have tried adding -window and tried changing the resolution in the advanced startup options but this didnt help either 
I have tried changing my desktop resolution to the resolution i want ingame 
I change my ingame resolution through geforce experience 

Any kind of help would be appreciated

You guys will get more help if you add a DxDiag to you post!

To get your dx info follow this.

1. Press 'Windows key' + 'R key' on your keyboard together. The Run window should appear.
2. Type "dxdiag" (without quotes) into the 'Open:' field.
3. Press OK. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool should open and start running.
4. Wait for DXDiag to finish running.
5. Click on the “Save All Information…” button.
6. Save the file somewhere you will be able to find it easily.
7. Edit your post a choose the saved file.
