Apex pack dissappeared due to a server error! [ Edited ]

After that error on the screenshot, my pack disappeared. At the 264th LVL apex pack opening game freeze then an error occurred due to ea servers. 

There was no problem with my connection and that kind of error happens so often please where did my pack gone and fix the server issues which I counter every match.

Hi, fortunately if there is a disconnection the packs aren't lost and the contents will be added from your inventory. Going by the date on the image I think you got 2 rare weapon skins and a rare Caustic banner pose. 

That error message is one that can be caused both by server issues and something more local. If you're getting them frequently, there may be something local, and there are some tips here like swapping to a wired connection.
