Apex not starting [ Edited ]

Can't get past the initial main menu loading screen, was running fine yesterday.

Game crashes during the start up scene with the EA logo/during the loading screen to main menu. (Steam)

No crashlog or event viewer entry.

Have tried:

verifying

reinstalling

uninstalling/repairing EAC

DDU/reinstall drivers

clearing gpu cache

clean boot

flushing DNS cache

disabling antivirus

Additional info:

Managed to start the game by launching r5apex.exe directly as an administrator, though I cant  queue due to this error (im assuming this is intended

Apex does not start if I start it via EasyAntiCheat_launcher.exe or via Steam
