Apex not starting in refresh rate

Apex legends doesn’t start up in fullscreen and refresh proper refresh rate, it comes in borderless window and 60hz and then when i set it to fullscreen it stays in 60hz, i have AOC 240hz monitor and nividia preferred refresh rate is set to highest available, idk why it won’t work i’ve set windows to disable fullscreen optimizations and turned off windows game mode and went into origin game properties and about everything else idk whats wrong with it i need help i just want to enjoy the game at my highest refresh rate.

So just a reminder to check all your v-sync settings are disabled in Nvidia control panel and apex itself.

Try put this in the command line arguments: +fps_max unlimited

save and try the game out.
