Keeps saying unable to connect to servers

There are some steps we can try that might help with the connection issues you've been seeing. 

A good place to start off would be with the basic connection steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still getting the same error message afterward check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox One

- PlayStation 4

Hello!

I did all basic connections steps and still doesnt work.

Ive been playing for few hours and accidently i cant join the serwers. I reinstalled origin and the game and it didnt help.

Is any solution?

Hey @iDRockstar23, 

Which platform is it that you're playing on? When are you running into that error message? Is it coming up right when you try to start up the game, or is it when you try to queue for a match?

Yesterday, i TURN OFF IPv6 protocol and it works. Ive been playing for one hour and game crash with "finsing matchmaking and error 440" Today it works again. 

I dont know if it work but i can play already. Maybe it helps !
