So I opened up a apex pack at level 450 and at the start it was red which means it was supposed to be an heirloom or heirloom shards but halfway through it glitched out and gave me 2 greys and a purple I have proof recorded I'd like to know y this happened and if I could get my heirloom Ilike it was supposed to be
