Apex legends stuck on preparing after moving game files [ Edited ]

I want to move my apex legends file to another location, so i use "move" feature that origin provide. After it finished moving, then finished veryfing game file, it stuck on "preparing trying again". i waited for 4 hours and it keep going like that.

Hey @FrontsideLINE. try clearing the Origin cache files and then do the move to see if that helping.
