Apex legends ps4 won’t start

Every time I try and enter the game it crashes when I get to the screen that says “press x”.

I’ve reinstalled, initialized my ps4, turned off voice to chat, restored licenses, rebuilt my database, and deleted the saved data. This has been going on for a month and I still haven’t been able to load into the game.

On mine it’s saying that it because of my ea account and something about code 301.
