Apex legends not loading xbox one

I don't believe I've suggested it before, but this is something that has been known to help across various games where the issue is related to your account.

@EA_Aljo Okey, I will give it a try on Ps4 and let you know how it goes. It seems people with no error code or the reward issue is suddenly getting in as of yesterday, but those that have a long black loading screen followed by code:net is still stuck

this is annoying on both Xbox and ea this needs to be fixed on both ends I think.

I am so glad I read through 80 feeds and got nothing and installed an update that did nothing

anytime I try to load the game it does not exist on xbox so i came to you

You can find some help with this error here. Also, something else to try is deleting your gamertag off your console and downloading it again. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
