Apex legends lags every time I move the mouse/camera

my games starts to stutter or fps drop when i start to move my camera , it is annoying that i cant even flick in my game any kind of help would be appreciated.

my spec:

i7-8700

1060 6gb 

6 gb ram

Can you try to lower the polling rate of your mouse?
This is most of the time the issue with this kind of lag.
