Apex legends keep playing in lobby even though I'm not signed in on origin

So it all start with my friends telling me that I never respond even though I'm playing apex legends, but the truth I'm not even logged in on origin. Then they send me the screenshot and I began my own investigation. 

Here what I got, on offline mode somehow I keep playing and on lobby

And here when I'm on invisible, and I can't even switch the status  to online or away

Already tried contacting the support but what they offer is most basic solution like reinstalling the game and origin, resetting password which I already did before even reporting this. Then they call it a day, very helpful indeed. So I post here now instead see if anyone can help

Additional information would be It only happen on apex legends, I only played this game for less than a month now, and I never logged in on another device other than my own laptop. 

I'm not sure whether to put this on Technical Issues or Bug Reports but seeing the content I think this one is placed correctly.

so for the last 3 days my origin stop doing it and not sure why as I don't do anything else on my end other than observing, I hope it get resolved for everyone else too

Is it possible that someone else might have been able to log into your EA Account other than yourself? Have you noticed any notifications regarding login attempts or anything like that?

@EA_Kent None at all, also did reset password several times so any device logged in would need to relog again but the problem still present

I have the exact same problem where my friends have told me that I appear online in Apex Legends Lobby even though I'm not online. Problem started maybe a week ago.

I've also tried reinstalling and password reset.

I have the same problem. Changed my pw, uninstalled origin. Its been showing me as online for about 2 weeks now. Even when my pc is turned off.

This should be on the top of the list.

Affected account/Origin show some strange behaviors :

-randomly switches the status from offline to 'in lobby', or vice versa. friends can get multiple notifications from the changes.

-even more, offline users still can get affected; they appear online or in lobby even though they are actually not logged in.
