Hey @soVeat_IQ.
Can you give me a bit more info on what's happening exactly? Is it getting stuck on matchmaking? Have you checked to make sure you've installed the update that went live yesterday?

thanks @EA_Kent
Of course, I updated the game(apex legends). I repaired the game from origin. I even deleted the game and origin and brought them back
It all started suddenly
When I press the button to search for a match
lasts forever
Even when I hear the match finding sound ..
With freezing in the image of legend
I cannot stop the search
and cannot join the game even when i restart it
.... whether I was at a party
Or solo if in a party my mates had no trouble
its keep happening since 1 mounth
some days i can play between 2 am and 6 am
but i can play battelfeild 1 at any time
i have tryed to change the DNS.IP and restart the tp-link nothing worked
By the way, I am from a country with very bad internet
But none of my friends experienced my problem with finding the match
in apex legends
Excuse my English <3
All thanks and appreciation for the follow-up

Got it, thanks!
Let's try running through some other connectivity troubleshooting steps to see if that helps with this. First, I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website.
If it keeps happening after that check out the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still having any trouble connecting after that. Thanks again.

Except: mymsinfo
Because "you currently do not have any cases with us" shown
when i opened my case
and nothing changed

Thanks for giving it a shot for me.
Would you also be able to try changing your DNS settings in Windows to see if that makes a difference as well? I've seen cases where using a different DNS can help with issues like this.
You can change the DNS settings through the TCP/IP Settings in Windows. You can find more info on how to get there over at the Microsoft Support website. If you choose Manual you can enter your own DNS. I usually recommend using the public Google DNS (primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different public DNS you would prefer using that should also be OK.
Let me know how that goes. Thanks!

Thank you for giving that a try.
What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch Apex Legends? If there's something else running on the PC that could be interfering with the game that may help get around it.
For more info on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still having the same issues connecting to a match after that.
