Apex legends freeze

I'm having the same issues on Xbox and would really appreciate an estimated date/time for fix.

I'm afraid I don't have a time frame on when this might be fixed.

We have seen some people mention that removing animated banner poses can help, so if you haven't already done that please give it a shot. I'm sorry I don't have more details to share on this, but I hope this is something we can get sorted out soon.

I already did that but I only play with random players and most of the times at least one of them has the animated banner.

Right, I see that happen. I'm afraid that's the only workaround we have at the moment until we're able to get the issue fully sorted out.
