Apex legends founders pack

Hello fellow Apex players. Ive been playing since the 2nd day the game came out, and i bought the "founders pack, & the Stater pack" the same week. But today i go online on apex on my xbox, but comes to find out i dont have my founders pack bagde or hemlock skin. Im afriad ive been hacked please help. Best regards- C9Sneakyyy
