Definitely the problem is on their end. Doesn't happen with any other game.

My game was freezing and then its crashing, I contacted with Ea support and here is the list they gave me it worked for me.
Please follow the steps below in order to delete the cache files of origin.
Completely log out and close down Origin
Hold down the Windows key and R
Type in "%ProgramData%" (without quotes) and click OK
Now open the Origin folder.
Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent (do not delete this one)
Hold down the Windows key and R
Type in "%AppData%" (without quotes) and click OK
This will take you to a Roaming folder, which is located inside of AppData. Delete the Origin folder
Click on the word "AppData" at the top of your window
Open the Local folder here
Delete the Origin folder listed here
After performing the above steps you'll need to Restart your PC so that the system can save the changes made to the files of the origin.
Edit: I'm having the same issue again after 2 days of gameplay(without any problems). So i will contact with the support again.

Happens to me too. Looked into event viewer, can't find any related events. Searched for a log file, didn't find any.

If you have AMD GPU and you are encountering this problem, it will be fixed by updating your graphics card drivers, or atleast mine got fixed by doing that.

Exact same issue, tried your steps but still no fix...so annoying. @ScouTR8

Same here I have no idea how to fix this. Had this problem with sea of thieves but got it working by completely resetting my computer. But their has to be another way to fix it.

Same thing here, but mine wouldn't even let me launch it. I press play and after a few seconds, it takes me back to Origin like I never had launched the game.

List of fixes tried.
1. Restart computer
2. Repair game
3. Repeatedly check for updates since games launch
4. Reinstall Origin and Apex twice
5. Disable Bluetooth on PC-have sound running through this
6. Uninstalled Vid Drivers and reinstalled latest Radeon drivers
7. Repeatedly checked for vid driver updates
8. Tried the CCCSCOUTCCC fix listed in this thread
9. Tried the obvious troll polish language fix in another thread...lol, too much time on my hands
10. Restarted computer after every solution tried
I repeatedly get the following error EVERY time I attempt to start the game.
It's obvious EA is waiting for the community to come up with a fix. For every one of us on the boards with this problem there are 1000 more out there who will just throw up their hands and delete the game. I'm about ready to also...
3 days...no fix, not even a response. THIS is the EA we know and love...to hate.
