Apex legends crash at launch / start up after video intro FIX

@DeliriumCarnage it happens when some of your friend have russian language in startwar game and origin client.
tell them to change language to english and all will be good.
it happens to me then i hv to ask my rus friend to change language to english.

This has been going on since August and still no fix?

It looks almost obvious to me that is something related to the render of special/non latin characters (apparently cyrillic?) in the game, based on what your friends are playing.

I don't think this is directly an Origin client issue. Can't you just hot fix it in Apex itself? it's so, so, so so .... annoying.

Can't we at least have an ETA on a fix?

This issue is still around. Deleted all friends and its still happening. 2nd account has no issues.

Having the same problem tried everything software and hardware related, then also tried deleting every friend still didnt work, i see that this topic was made 1 year ago and still no fix ? simply embarrassing, i would like to have my steam unlinked btw
