Apex legends ban hasn't been resolved

Hello.

Previous week I have received 2 bans.

First in Apex Legens for cheating (I have never cheated or used any kind of bugs) and the second one in FIFA 20 for some action with coins(?).

I have never played FIFA before it was my first time, so i don't know even the mechanics of the game and currencies...

I've got fifa case resolved but can't play and even check how it has been resolved...

My question is... Is there anyone checking bans?

Nobody is even responding to my apex ticket...

It's eight day and I can't play any match in Apex... T

here is battle pass I've bought!

I have changed my account password (and my email), i've added phone number just to be sure that nobody can enter my account and nobody will change anything. I still have active ticket for Apex Legends.

Should I create new ticket to get my case done??

Creating a second case for the same ban is not required. 

The relevant team is working through a relatively large number of ban appeals at the moment so resolution of your case may take longer than hoped.

Having said that, your case is in a queue and will be attended to as soon as possible and we ask for your patience until we can get to your case.

I have received another email, which informed me that I have my EA account blocked...
What is going on?! I've already changed my accout informations...
