@charan2433 had the crossplay never happened you would need to stay on ps4. crossplay isnt same as same game system. Admittedly, I do wonder why you can't considering ea account should be same? Who knows how they set up the ID's

@charan2433 its not much about help its to understand the workings of the servers which arent public to us. Honestly, it should work, however if they have dedicated servers to each platform and that includes ID databases then it wont be easy. Consider it similar to region lock on some games.
